CHURCH MISSION

“Follow the Great Commission”

Matthew 28:19-20 - "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."

Our mission statement is to share the teachings of Jesus Christ and build the kingdom of God by engaging with the community around us.

CHURCH VISION

"To cultivate a body and community of believers who live their lives worthy of the Lord, actively engaging in good works that reflect our faith and commitment to Christ."

Colossians 1:10 - So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.

Colossians 1:10 serves as a profound foundation for our church's vision, emphasizing the importance of living a life that is not only worthy of the Lord but also actively engaged in good works and spiritual growth. To translate this scripture into a church vision, we focus on three key components: purpose, action, and growth.

Our “Purpose” is to align ourselves with our call to live a life worthy of the Lord. To deepen our relationship with Christ and to develop into a church that seeks to honor God.

Our “Action” focuses on our commitment to "bearing fruit in every good work." This is displayed in our ministries and outreach programs serving the church and the community.

Our “Growing in the Knowledge of God” is about the church commitment to discipleship and spiritual development. As a church we prioritize teaching and equipping our members with biblical knowledge to deepen our relationship with God through prayer, study, and fellowship.

In summary, the church vision is inspired by Colossians 1:10. It is a call to live purposefully, engage actively in good works, and grow spiritually. As a pastor, I hope to align the voices of our members to ensure that the vision resonates throughout the church, encouraging unity and direction as we collectively strive to fulfill our calling in Christ.
